职位描述：
School Name: Shanghai Ivy kindergarten (establishing)
Location: Pudong district, Shanghai

Scope of Responsibility:
1. In charge of the whole management of kindergarten
2. Direct teachers to execute curriculum system. Support and guide to teachers’ career development.
3. Guide parents-kindergarten jobs, establish professional cooperation between kindergarten and parents.
4. Communication jobs with government and community.


Knowledge and Skills:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in management or educational relevant field. Graduated from TOP50 American university is a plus.
2 .At least 2 years experience worked as the principal of kindergarten, and familiar with whole management procedure of kindergarten. Have certificate about principal position training.
3. Experience of PYP curriculum system in international school is required.
4. Experience of organizing a new international kindergarten is a plus.
5. Familiar with laws about preschool education of Shanghai in China.
6. Familiar with MS office, strong ability of English skill.
7. Strong ability of communication,coordination, execution. Be good at deal with different kind of people and difficult affairs.
