医学研究：
？ 为健康险产品定价获取医学数据，支持产品开发和定价；
？ 收集和评估医学、健康、保险行业的信息和趋势；
？ 为客户的需求及特殊项目，从医学角度提供专业见解；
？ 与市场、精算、核保人员配合，进行产品创新研究
市场调研：
？ 关注国内外保险行业变化，发现潜在的新趋势及产品/服务需求；
？ 对海内外寿险、健康险产品设计、承保方案和市场实践进行分析；
？ 将RGA全球各地区的产品、研究、医学见解转化至本地。

任职条件：
？ 医疗、卫生或保险相关专业；硕士、博士优先；
？ 医疗、保险、公共卫生或其他相关行业1-5年经验；
？ 具备一定的数据挖掘、统计分析能力；
？ 优秀的人际交往和沟通能力；
？ 有进取心、独立思考和团队合作精神；
