Job Summary 职位概要
体外循环的安全性是心脏手术成败的重要因素之一。体外循环灌注师需保证体外循环的顺利进行，这是体外循环工作的基本职责，在心外手术中能较熟练地完成体外循环灌注，辅助病人的呼吸循环功能，严密监测各项指标，确保手术安全进行。

Essential Management Duties & Responsibilities 主要工作职责
1. 根据不同手术的要求，选择最合适的体外循环方法。控制***的体温，维持足够的血流量，保证满意的组织灌注量，保持通畅的静脉引流，维持血流动力学的稳定。
2. 充分利用各种监测手段，严密注视体外循环中可能出现的各种变化，维持酸碱平衡，维持电解质的稳定。采取有效的器官保护措施，尽量减少体外循环对病人的影响，使各项生理指标接近正常范围。
3. 保证氧合器足够的气体交换，体证体外循环机的正常和安全运转，避免出现体外循环的意外或事故。配合手术医师、手术步骤，与麻醉医师合作，共同努力使病人安全度过手术关。
4. 能够熟练开展成人，儿童体外循环、血浆置换术、脑逆行灌注、深低温停循环、血液回收，IABP，LVAD，ECMO，ECLS等技术。
5. 完成体外循环相关的文件记录。
6. 严格遵守体外循环安全操作规程，及时发现并排除潜在的安全隐患，确保病人安全和手术的顺利进行。
7. 通过自身学习和参加专业会议，了解有关体外循环的最新进展。
8. 具备德达医院所倡导的为患者提供高效优质医疗服务的理念。

Qualifications 岗位要求
Education & Experience 学历背景与专业经历
1、全日制医学本科以上，硕士以上学历者优先。
2、取得《执业医师资格证》和《灌注师资格证》优先。
3、40岁以下，在三甲医院从事体外循环工作3年以上。
4、热爱学习，责任心强，吃苦耐劳，具有良好的团队精神。
5、全国英语等级考试六级及以上优先。
6、参加轮班。

            按照国际标准（JCI）和中国标准设计建造的上海德达医院是德达医疗集团设在上海的首家以提供心血管疾病医疗服务为主的综合性医院。德达医院及德达心血管中心位于上海虹桥交通枢纽以西七公里的徐泾地区，总建筑面积五万平方米，一期设有200张床位，二期350张床位。
        上海德达医院及德达心血管中心装备有20间心脏病监护病房（CCU），18间重症监护病房（ICU），7间手术室，2间心脏导管室和2间复合手术室（Hybrid）。配备飞利浦、思泰瑞、迈柯唯等多家跨国公司最先进的医疗诊断和服务设备。

DeltaHealth Hospital·Shanghai is a foreign-invested general hospital designed and constructed in accordance with Joint Commission International (JCI) and Chinese standards. It is DeltaHealth’s first hospital in Shanghai. DeltaHealth Hospital Shanghai and its Heart & Vascular Center are located in the Xujing area, 7 km to the west of Shanghai’s Hongqiao transport hub. The total construction area for the project is 50,000 m , with the set-up of 200 beds during the first phase.

        上德德达德西门诊于2013年1月正式营业，是德达心血管服务体系市内门诊网络的一部分。上海德西门诊部位于上海市虹桥中心商业区的核心位置，提供一系列的全科和专科服务，特色医疗服务包括心血管疾病诊断、专家门诊治疗和心脏康复项目等。
Opened in 2013, DeltaHealth Clinic·HongQiao is DeltaHealth’s first Shanghai outpatient clinic and is part of an inner city network of cardiovascular care clinics. Located at the heart of the Hongqiao CBD, the clinic provides comprehensive primary and specialty care, including cardiovascular disease screening, expert consulting and rehabilitation services.
