职位描述：
1.Expend both Retail and Foodservice business regional. Follow up of sales development for all Retail/FS profile of customers (HORECA...) and Retail chains.
2. Brand / product expert, supports the distributor and end-user to introduce and follow up the sales of the Dilmah products in the given region.
3. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets, Partnership programs for Dilmah products.
4. Understands perfectly the market and is able to synthetise the main aspects to the GWC and CTS management.
5. Maximize sales & profit growth potentials. Be responsible for the regional volumes achievement.
6. Ensure smooth communication with customers and distributor, build and maintain good relationship with customers.
7.Training and present the Dilmah products to regional customers.
8. Identify, Initiate and Secure new businesses and channel them through coordination with either sub distributors or DHC BUs what ever is most viable.
 9.Sustain existing businesses through satisfactory service standards and post business follow up.
任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历
2.5年零售或餐饮渠道快消品工作经验，冲饮、茶叶类工作背景优先
3.责任心强，细致性好，工作态度积极认真。熟练操作各办公软件，需适应出差
