Roles:
This position will be one to lead AD Digital Marketing Regional and Market Project management and execution activities. This position will interface with various M&S and IT teams to ensure the timely delivery of project deliverables and services.
Follows strict discipline in using Ford Motor Company IT project management tools, processes, and methodologies
Support Program manager in coordinating & managing PMO (project management office) activities for Digital Marketing programs E.g. Build & Price APA rollout, innovation POCs. Manages multiple AD MS&S projects across region
Responsibilities:
? Ensures project elements are properly coordinated.
? Develops and maintains project plans with supervision.
? Tracks and monitors project deliverables for scope, quality, cost, timing, and business objectives.
? Provides periodic reports on a variety of subjects including status, risks and mitigation plans, issues and resolution and change requests.
? Participates in discussions that impact or change project scope.
? Identifies risks and suggests mitigation plans.
? Identifies issues and suggests resolutions.
Lead to deliver process & knowledge management improvements for the Digital First or Digital Marketing office E.g. Maintain/create SharePoint sites to support knowledge transfer between team members. Improve portfolio processes & coordinate for LL5/LL6s.
