职位描述：
1.及时、准确接听、转接公司前台电话，记录留言并及时转达；
2.热情接待来访客人并及时准确通知被访人员；
3.收发公司信件、报刊、传真、文件、快递及内部流转文件等，并做好登记管理以及转递工作；
4.负责公司办公用品的采购、发放和管理工作；
5.负责会议调度管理，会议现场所需的纸、水、笔、投影仪等布置工作；
6.负责办公区域公共设施、环境维护，确保设施正常运作；
7.负责公司行政费用管理，包括每月行政费用校对、审核、付款流程，月度费用汇总工作；
8.负责公司入离职人员门禁制作及管理；
9.负责公司新入职人员名片、铭牌等印制工作；
10.负责公司饮用水的订购。


任职资格：
1.大专以上学历，有一年以上相关工作经验优先；
2.熟悉使用办公软件及办公自动化设备；
3.工作思路清晰、有责任心、执行力强，愿意并且有能力有条理的处理繁琐的事务；
4.具有较强的观察力和应变能力，良好的判断力及沟通能力。 举报 分享
