职位描述：
1.Understand STA R&D and manufacture business process, including inventory management, production planning and operation, equipment management and etc. Build STA application portfolio landscape and roadmap with IT architecture team.
了解合全药业的研发和生产业务流程，包括物料管理，生产计划和执行，设备管理等。与IT部架构团队共同建立合全药业的IT应用整体蓝图和路线图。
2.Collect business requirements and work closely with corporate IT team to design/develop/implement applications for STA.
收集业务需求，为合全药业进行IT应用的设计、开发和实施。
3.Take leadership to promote corporate IT solution in STA and increase its adoption, and analyze impact to business due to system change and communicate to BU.
 在合全药业内部进行公司IT解决方案的推广，分析这些系统改变对业务造成的影响并与业务部门进行沟通。

职位要求：
1.3+ years of experience in application development or support team in manufacture industry;
3年以上在制造行业的IT应用开发或维护经验，。
2.Solid .net development skill, familiar with .Net Framework，MVC， and good knowledge in relational database design;
 熟悉.Net Web，三层架构，MVC，JQuery，分布式架构和关系型数据库设计。
3.Good interpersonal skill in working with IT function and business leaders;
良好的人际交往能力，能够与IT部和业务部门间协同工作。
4.Prefer Chemical / Pharmaceutical manufacture industry experience;
最好有在化工或者医药生产行业的经验。
5.Experience with production planning and operation or other manufacture related application development/maintenance is a plus.
