Summary of Job Function :
工作职责
1) 参与供应商的开发和管理；
Participate in the sourcing and management of suppliers
2) 供应商的评审、过程控制以及质量能力的提高；
To evaluate suppliers and promote their process control capability and quality performance
3) 监督和考评供应商绩效；
Monitor and evaluate the supplier performance
4) 负责对供应商PPAP的认可.
Be responsible for the supplier PPAP approval.
5) 制定有关IQC的操作指导书，包括制定进货检验计划；
Establish the operation instruction pertained to IQC including the inspection plans.
6) 按照通用等客户要求，对供应商进行培训和管理
            Do the training and management based on GM’s requirements.

Specific Responsibilities:
具体职能

1. 参与供应商的开发和管理；
Participate in the sourcing and management of suppliers
2． 供应商的评审、过程控制以及质量能力的提高；
To evaluate suppliers and promote their process control capability and quality performance
3． 供应商质量协议和验收协议的签订；
To sign the quality contract and accepting agreement with suppliers
4． 负责对供应商的首件产品的认证；
Be responsible for the evaluation on the FAI from suppliers
5． 负责对供应商PPAP的认可.
Be responsible for the supplier PPAP approval.
6． 监督和考评供应商绩效（产品的质量问题，体系，处理问题的及时性）；
Monitor and evaluate the supplier performance
7． 负责和相关部门合作，处理供应商的不良品，将其信息反馈给供应商，要求供应商进行改善措施，并进行跟踪；
Be responsible for the disposition of non-conforming material from suppliers by cooperating with the related departments, feedback the corresponding information to supplier to require them to take corrective actions, and trace these actions effecitivity..
8． 根据客户对产品的要求和规范，制定有关IQC的操作指导书，包括制定检验计划；
Establish the operation instruction pertained to IQC including the inspection plans based on our customers’ requirement and standard on the products
9. 定期向供应商质量经理汇报IQC的管理状况。
Periodically report the management status of IQC to quality manager.

Know-How Requirements
职位要求
1) 本科以上学历；机械，电子，汽车等相关专业；
Above bachelor degree，Majored in Mechanical, Electronics or Automotive.
2) 三年以上工作经验，能熟练应用各种质量工具（QC七大手法，SPC，8D,FMEA 等）;
Above 3 years working experience and familiar with quality tools such as SPC,8D and FMEA.
3) 两年以上汽车行业的供应商管理经验；
Above 2 years supplier management experience in Auto Industry.
4) 了解ISO9000质量体系，熟悉TS16949优先考虑；
Know quality system of ISO9000, TS16949 knowledge.
5) 良好的人际沟通能力和解决问题能力；
Be able in communicating with others and solving problems.
6) 英文良好，能用英文书面和口头交流；
Be good at English for writing and speaking.
7) 熟练操作计算机；
