JOB DESCRIPTION:

As Merchandiser Assistant and under the management of the General Manager of Shanghai Office, you daily assist and support the Sr. Merchandisers in their daily missions. Throughout the daily operational workflow you combine all the key skills required for a large scale import.

MAIN MISSIONS:

ASSIST THE SR. MERCHANDISER IN ITS DAILY TASKS

-Key Information in the system
-Contact with suppliers
-Contacts laboratories and 3rd parties
-Order follow-up to ensure on-time shipment and delivery
-Document control (Invoices, Test reports, Shipping docs, etc.)
-Lead quality assurance activities with suppliers
-Daily communication with French headquarters (Buyers, Quality dpt., Designers, etc.)
-Administrative paperwork

PROFILE:

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE DYNAMIC, FLEXIBLE AND GOOD TEAM PLAYER

-Diploma/Degree holder
-Ever stayed with global sourcing office, brand buying office, buying agent or trader
-Good command in spoken and written English
-Good negotiation skills
-Detail oriented, well-organized and good team player
-PC knowledge in MS Office
-Fresh graduate will also be considered
