- 公司位于南汇临港地区,有多条市内班车线路,工作时间为8:30 - 4:30


What are my responsibilities?

- Has disciplinary responsibility for all employees in the assigned area. The mentor for all the team leaders

- Conducts day-to-day supervision, troubleshooting, revisions of standard operating procedures and coordinates kaizen events.

- Confirm product quality and Team lead checks and responsible that standardized work is followed. Responsible for Takt time compliance. Report and track daily production results.

- Coordinating function. Provide shift to shift coordination with other GL's. Coordinate major maintenance with maintenance staff. Coordinate support from support groups. Coordinate process trials. Coordinate work up- and downstream.

- Monthly production planning (manpower to meet takt). Team member and team leader intermittent and daily absences (in cooperation with/delegated to team leaders. Manpower and vacation scheduling

- Initiate/suggest cost reduction activities (7 deadly wastes). Initiate/participate in Kaizen projects.

- Responsible for communication of cell process changes. Link between technical departments, Production - Preparation and other service department and team leads.

- Learning and following the EHS policy, all EHS requirements and regulations in SWPB factory. realize the EHS targets and objectives of SWPB factory. Join the EHS training and activities in SWPB factory. Report the accidents/ incidents as the communication flow required, report the near miss and unsafe conditions/ actions in your work area. Implement all the related EHS CAPA in your work. More EHS role and responsibilities see the matrix accordingly.


What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Preferably above 5 years production supervisor background from a Manufactory company

- Shop floor management and visualization, Capable of independently initiating and implementing change

- Skilled user of Excel, PowerPoint

- You have a good understanding of intercultural behavior as well as an interest in working across functions and national borders.

- Good English language skill

- Good team player and quick learner, willing to work hard and flexibly

- Organization: Wind Power and Renewables

- Career Level: Experienced Professional

- Full time only
