Key Responsibilities:
Export Team
- Market research on market price of related SKUs
- Paperwork filling and reports
- Our T-mall store Main page, product detailed page, customer service feedback checking
- Other tasks assigned by direct manager
Sourcing Team
- Administration of the specification and quotation process as directed by Merchandiser or Senior Merchandiser
- Collect quotes on price, delivery, packaging and other terms of trade as directed by merchandiser/Senior Merchandiser
- Purchase all reports required by the MM/Senior Merchandiser/Merchandiser
- Liaise with factories on export/Import duties and legal documents filing.
- Liaise with the respective shipping function to ensure all documentation is completed in a timely
- Ensure all labeling requirements are met and meet any legislative requirements
- Follow up of all orders
- Complete additional tasks or assignments
Supporting Team
- Travel Booking (transportation and accommodation) for all team travels, organize visas for all visitors
- Book the office stationery /commodities for the team on a timely basis
- Weekly attendance record
- Provide general office assistance for smooth day to day running of the office
- Other tasks assigned by direct manager
Key Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in relative areas;
- Good working attitude, eager to learn
- Good English reading and writing
- Good use of Microsoft office as excel, word, PPT
- Responsible, Team-working
