职位描述：
1. 负责整个出口货运操作及单证审核
2. 安排监督出口工厂物流货运状况
3. 联络美国团队，提供中国海关出口遇到的问题的解决方案;
4. 督导本部门员工在系统内完成日常的数据处理
5. 负责在物流和单证操作问题上与供应商和业务部门的沟通
6. 负责出口物流报告和记录;
7. 管理层分配的其他任务。

要求：
1． 大专或本科学历，海运物流或相关的专业者尤佳;
2． 至少 5 年相关经验;
3． 英语和普通话书写及口语流利
4． 熟练使用办公室软件， 有 ERP系统使用经验的将优先考虑;
5． 能够在压力下工作，以结果为导向，良好的沟通技能，自我激励、 反应迅速、 细心;
6． 能与团队建立良好的关系，能与内部和外部各方有效沟通;
7． 良好的条理性，能够同时管理多个任务、 较强的问题解决能力，能够满足最后期限的要求;

汇报对象： 中国区总经理
到岗日期： 2017年1月初

Responsibilities:
1. Supervise whole set shipping and payment documentation;
2. Make logistics arrangements and monitor shipment status;
3. Liaise and coordinate with US team and forwarders in China to provide logistics solution;
4. Supervise all shipping clerks in completion of daily data processing in systems;
5. Communicate with suppliers or business divisions on administration, documentation or operations issues;
6. Assist in preparing shipment reports and records;
7. Ensure operations compliance to the customs procedure;
8. Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements
1. Diploma or Degree in Logistics or related discipline is preferred;
2. Minimum 5 years' relevant experience;
3. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin ;
4. Literate in Microsoft Office programs; Experience in ERP system will be an advantage;
5. Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded;
6. Able to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties;
7. Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines;
