职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 筹备上市公司路演工作，董事会、股东会等的召开及信息披露；
2. 负责三会资料、临时公告文件的整理、归档及管理工作，准备相关PPT材料；
3. 负责接待、回复投资者的来电、来函和来访，并能用英文对外联系沟通；
4. 负责建立和维护投资者数据库，定期为记录在库的投资者传递公司动态信息；
5. 协助公司日常临时公告制作与信息披露，协助公司内部管理报表的制作；
6. 完成上级负责人交办的其他工作。
任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，专业不限，海外留学（工作）经验优先，有相关工作经验者优先，优秀应届生亦可；
2. 流利的中英文写作和口语表达能力；
3. 熟练使用Office办公软件，能较好的制作PPT；
4. 逻辑清晰、耐心细致、学习能力强；
5. 形象气质佳、亲和力强，有一定抗压能力。 举报 分享
