Sample manager & Receptionist（样品管理兼前台）

Responsibility
1. Be in charge of all documents to send and receive courier shipments at the factory
    负责所有快递文件、包裹的收发；
2. Organize and Maintain Sample Library
    组建及维护样品仓库（开发样、确认样、大货样等样品的管理）；
3. Use company ERP to keep the Sample Inventory
    运用公司ERP系统进行样品盘点；
4. Answer the Main Telephone Line at the factory and transfer calls as necessary
    负责总机电话接听并转接；
5. Work at the Reception Desk and greet guests when they arrive at the factory
    担任前台接待并礼貌接待来访客人；
6. Office goods management and working environment maintenance.
保持办公室物品摆放整齐、维护整洁舒适的办公环境；
7. Other tasks assign by supervisor.
完成由部门主管分配的其他工作任务。


Requirements:
1. College graduate or above;
   大专以上学历；
2. Fresh graduate, majoring in English is preferred;
应届毕业生，英语专业优先考虑；
3. CET-6 or above, good communication in written & spoken English;
   大学英语六级或以上，具备一定英语读写能力，良好的英语沟通能力；
4. Microsoft PPT, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and ERP
   熟练操作PPT/Excel/Outlook办公软件及ERP系统；
5. Key Personal strengths: positive attitude, eager to help the company succeed, ready to learn more
