应用系统支持工程师
主要工作职责：
1 为客户提供应用系统服务和技术支持；
2 按公司服务规范，诊断并排除故障；
3 如果问题无法解决，应及时上报，并积极寻求支持；
4 按公司服务规范，详细记录、填写服务报告；
5 积极向公司知识库提供解决问题的方法和经验，跟团队一起分享；
6 可能常驻客户公司工作
任职要求：
1 大专及以上学历，计算机或者工科专业更佳
2 具备IT技术经验，有应用系统支持经验更佳
3 熟练使用个人电脑，熟悉电子邮件，互联网，微软办公系统软件
4 能熟练盲打录入客户需求
5 普通话标准流利，能在工作中使用英语进行简单的沟通
6 具有良好的沟通能力，熟练使用电话和邮件进行沟通
7 工作积极主动，有良好的主动学习能力
