职位描述：

1.Set objectives and deliver results that have close to direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area.
设定并完成工作目标，并对在工作领域内成果的取得具有近乎直接的影响。

2.Explain facts, practices, policies, etc. and convience others within the organization where past practices or divergent views constrain agreement.
在同一组织内，由于过去的惯例或冲突的观点，限制了达成共识。在此情况下向他人解释事实、 作法、政策并说服他人。

3.Check and correct problems that are not immediately evident in existing systems or process. Sometimes need to identify problems and update in own role without the benefit of defined procedures
检查和修改在现有体系或流程中不明显的问题。某些情况下也需要在自己的职责内辨别问题、更新工作方法，但仅限于现有流程规定的范围内而不涉及改动流程Problems and issues may be only vaguely defined and require understanding and consideration of other disciplines and job areas

4. As an individual contributor, apply broad to deep knowledge of one professional discipline or advanced knowledge of more than one technical/operational practices.

5.Be responsible of the safety operation during the process of material and finish goods in/ out of the warehouse, ensure the quality & quantity of the parts incoming/outgoing and maintained reasonable according to the procedure & FIFO;
确保原材料及成品的安全储存及先进先出，确保数量上的正确性与质量上的完好性

6.Responsible for the daily cycle count result verification in our SAP system, keep the stock variance as low as possible;
指导SAP系统的盘点，并控制库存；

7.Accomplish the 5S standard in the warehouse, keep warehouse stock in safe and good condition with clear identification in order to support internal supply chain operation;
不断改善仓库5S状况；将物料标示明确、存放安全防范、井然有序，实现内部物料流动方便快；

8.Responsible for warehouse function team management, ensure material to support production;
负责仓库的管理，确保物料对于生产的持续供应；

9.To perform routine all of the warehouse equipment’s(forklift, paternoster, logistic box, etc.) transaction and maintenance tasks safety and placidly, monitor the environment (temperature & humidity);
确保所有仓库设备运行正常，确保物料正常储存环境；

10.Organize and manage warehouse operators to perform routine warehouse shift activities, ensure all transactions and maintenance tasks in discipline and smooth;
指导并带领下属员工开展并完成仓库日常工作，确保所有操作规范准确；
