Position: Account Supervisor / Executive
Responsibilities 岗位职能:
1. Manage onboarding process of new clients
2. Provide servicing to clients as needed
3. Manage renewal process of clients
4. Provide technical product support to sales persons
5. Perform ad hoc project assigned by supervisor

Requirements 岗位需求:
1. Location: Shanghai
2. Relevant accounts maintenance experience is preferred
3. Fluent in both English and Chinese spoken and written, French a plus
4. Proficiency in using MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point
5. Self-motivated, able to work under pressure to achieve company targets
