职位描述：
1、参与制订公司营销战略，根据营销战略和经营目标，制定市场、销售、人员等的策略和计划；
2、负责公司的业务拓展、销售运作，带领团队完成公司的市场销售和业务拓展目标，并且对利润负责；
3、负责分解下达年度的工作目标和市场营销预算，设置销售目标、销售模式、销售策略、销售预算和激励计划；
4、根据业务规划组建团队，优化人员配置及人力资本，建立有效的团队协作机制，完善运营管理；
5、推动部署并落实分公司市场战略，推广树立公司品牌形象，提升公司整体竞争力；
6、定期对市场营销环境、目标、计划、业务活动进行核查分析，及时调整营销策略和计划，制订预防和纠正措施，确保完成营销目标和营销计划。
7、分析和预测销售市场、把握市场趋势，为决策提供准确的相关信息，开拓和发展销售市场；
8、保持与公司各专业部门、职能部门的良好沟通及配合。

任职资格
1、本科以上学历，5年以上照明销售和渠道管理工作经验，具备较强的客户开发能力和客户管理经验；
2、对照明领域发展有深刻理解，具有一定的战略高度和市场前瞻性；有敏锐的市场意识、应变能力、领导能力和独立开拓市场的能力；
3、优秀的团队建设经验，团队管理能力强，善于协调营销团队的工作；具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力；
4、具有强烈的进取心，工作积极主动，精力充沛，身体健康，乐观豁达，抗压能力强，富有开拓精神；
5、有良好的商业道德、沟通能力和执行能力。
