工作职责:
- 负责公司整體的商業運作及管理各團隊，以最大限度地提高公司的运营效率和财务绩效
- 帶领公司的策略性業務發展、市場與銷售活動
- 带领不同的业务线维持持续高增长，并产生协同作用，包括动漫内容发展及发布、品牌发展和授权、电商与商品、智能玩具和娱教平台等等。
- 与最一流的行业领导者建立本土和国际战略合作伙伴关系、以建立一个成功的品牌生态系统

任职条件:
- 顶尖大学全日制统招本科及以上学历
- 必須具備創業公司經驗，背景包括品牌授权、消费品、零售、动漫/ 娛樂、多媒体、遊戲、在线教育、智能硬件等
- 具任职行内夸国公司销售或财务经验
- 良好的中英文书面和口头沟通能力
- 高度積極、渴望在快节奏的高压环境中实现结果
- 精于商务拓展、促成合作交易、具有优良的商务谈判技巧
- 卓越的领导、沟通能力和管理技巧、推动目标一致、并能激励团队完成目标
- 富有创业精神、亲力亲为、理想远大、有成功的决心、以结果为导向、致力成功、且能适应不断变化的市场条件
- 对儿童产品有浓厚兴趣、并喜爱寓教于乐及家庭游戏产业
- 在国内拥有广泛的业界人脉
- 善于组织发展、运营管理、财务管理和战略规划
- 需要经常出差

Location: Shenzhen/ Shanghai

Responsibilities:
- Direct business operations and manage local teams to maximize operational efficiency and financial performance of the company
- Spearhead strategic business development and direct marketing and sales activities
- Drive maximal growth and synergy across different business lines - content distribution, brand development and licensing, merchandise and e-commerce, smart toys and edutainment platform
- Initiate local and international strategic partnerships with best-in-class industry leaders to build a successful brand ecosystem

Qualifications:
- Degree holder from a top-ranking university
- Solid experience in start-up ventures is a must; familiar with any of these fields: brand licensing, consumer products, retail, animation/ entertainment, multimedia, games, online education, smart hardware
- Experience in a multi-national company in a Sales or Finance role
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal)
- Highly motivated and keen to achieve results in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Deal-closer with excellent business development and negotiation skills
- Superb leadership, communication and management skills to drive goal alignment and motivate multiple teams to achieve targets
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, ambitious, goal-oriented, organized and committed to success yet adaptable to changing market conditions
- Interest in children products is essential and interest in family entertainment or edutainment gaming is preferred
- Extensive industry connections in China
- Skilled in organizational development, operations management, financial control and strategic planning
