JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Senior IE Engineer
Reports to: Manager Industrial Engineering, China Manufacturing Ops
Location: Shanghai, China
Subordinate(s): N/A

Responsibilities:
  1. Layout design and review support to JVs;
  2. On site industrial engineering projects support to JVs;
  3. Set up core manufacturing process standard files for each manufacturing process;
  4. Modapts and other standard time study;


Requirements:
  1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering or related
  2. 3-5 years working experience in manufacturing, experience in automotive industry is preferred
  3. Simulation software application knowledge are preferred, such as Plant Simulation, Flexsim
  4. Strong communication skills and team work spirit
  5. Good command of English
