职位描述：
1: Monthly Reporting (20%)
- Steer Company DCS expenses and write-off cost to maintain P&L targets
- Regular business performance review
- Deliver monthly supply chain reports and maintain supply chain Scorecard
- Reconcile financials between finance and operations, according to roll-out of S&OP process
2. Controlling & Forecast (50%)
- Coordinate the planning and forecasting process, support the global forecast cycle and annual business planning
- Closely work with supply chain team for KPIs results achievement
- Active involvement in S&OP process to steer business with sharp business view
- Track standard costing (internal prices), monitor deviations and investigate root causes
- Tracking internal control process (e.g. procurement) based on accounting rules and regulations, to ensure compliance with internal & external auditing
3. Project & process improvement (15%)
- Support Logistics and Procurement saving projects to achieve saving target
- Work to improve existing processes, such as supply chain forecast, controlling process and collaboration between other finance departments
4. Ad hoc (15%)
- Support for ad hoc business analysis

Qualifications & Experience:
? Bachelor degree of Finance / Accounting;
? 3-5 Years working experience ideally in FMCG or other manufacturing industry;
? Operations or other cost controlling experience preferred;
? Strong at financial and operations analysis; cost and inventory management;
? Good command of English, familiar with MS office and ERP system, SAP knowledge preferred;
? Ability to design and coordinate business improvement efforts;
? Strong communication skills;
