职位描述：
工作职责Responsibilities:
1. 与合作代理商所属的销售和版权团队执行Altium大中华区版权维护项目
Executing China LC program together with related resellers sales & LC team
2. 与代理商协同外呼潜在对象以识别目标客户
Calling prospects together with resellers to identify target customers
3. 在版权维护项目中与合作代理商协同将上述潜在对象转变为Altium实际客户
Working with resellers to turn the above prospects into Altium customers via LC program
4. 在有需要时与代理商就版权维护问题一起面谈客户
Meet customers with resellers to solve LC issue when necessary
5. 与用户进行版权问题的谈判
Help negotiate with users on copyright issues when required
6. 与外部律所一同推动代理商成单
Work with outside law firms to help push deals through with resellers
7. 帮助审阅寄送至用户端的法律文书，以保证所有文书合法合规。
Help review legal letters to the end users when required to ensure the letters are in line with related laws
8.为合作代理商在销售活动中提供与版权维护项目有关的支持
Provide support and advice to resellers in their sales activities as related to LC issues when required
9.为其他业务模块提供改进建议
Provide suggestions for improvement when related to other business units

任职要求Qualifications:
1.专科以上学历
BA Degree preferred
2.一年以上在外资软件公司任版权相关工作的经验
1+ years' working experience in license compliance gained within a China based multinational software company
3. 有一定的知识产权法相关知识
Knowledge of related IP law
4.有一定的电话销售相关知识
