职位描述：
1. 熟练使用PCB layout软件，负责LabVIEW的软件设计、调试；
2. 在LabVIEW环境下开发DAQ数据采集软件
3. 根据用户需求负责升级更新功能测试软硬件设备
4. 解决数据采集问题，以及设备校准和维护问题
5. 积极主动参与团队项目进展沟通活动，贡献有价值的意见，以结果为导向
6. 严格遵循开发流程，并执行公司的过程控制和文件管理要求
7. 负责研发文件的分发和相关资料的整理
8. 工作地点在上海嘉定，有短时间到德国总部出差学习培训的机会

Position Description:
1. Responsible for LabVIEW software development and troubleshooting; Develop and plan production quality embedded software for diverse applications including low power sensing, complex communication stacks including USB, Ethernet, wireless communication, integration with 3rd party libraries, driver development, RTOS/OS porting and usage.
2. DAQ (Data acquisition) software development for new electronics equipment based on LabVIEW.
3. Take upgrade on software and hardware for existing DAQ systems as user' demand.
4. Support on DAQ issue analysis and problem-solving during calibration activities and equipment maintenance.
5. Be initiative and result-originated; contribute added values on the team's progress with positive proposals, communications & actions.
6. Strictly follow equipment R&D procedure for process control and documentation.
7. Responsible for R&D documentation release
8. Location: Shanghai Jiading and Germany

工作要求:
1. 熟悉LabVIEW编程。有3年功能测试平台开发项目经验，熟悉硬件平台，具备扎实的数字电路和模拟电路知识，以及单片机 接口电路的分析能力和解决能力；嵌入式软件开发和计划生产质量为多样化的应用程序包括低功耗的传感、复杂的通信栈包括USB、以太网、无线通讯、集成与第三方库、驱动开发、RTOS /操作系统移植和使用
2. 能熟练应用C或汇编语言编程，有较大型项目的开发经验；
3. 熟悉一种或多种通讯接口与协议，如CAN、USB、TCP/IP、RS-232、RS-485；
4. 有仪器仪表、工业自动化等方面经验的优先；
5. 较强的学习能力和问题分析能力，严谨的工作态度，良好的团队合作精神、沟通能力。
Requirements:
1. Familiar with LabVIEW software programming. With 3 years FCT development experience, familiar with the hardware platform, possess solid knowledge of digital circuit and analog circuit, interface circuit and single-chip microcomputer analysis ability and solving ability;
2. Proficient in using C or assembly language programming, has a larger project development experience;
3. Familiar with One or more the communication interface and protocol, such as CAN, USB, TCP/IP, the RS - 232, RS - 485;
4. Experience in instruments and meters, industrial automation, etc of priority;
