职位描述：
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A channel manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding relationships with distributors, resellers, and retailers.

? Include training, mentoring, and motivating channel partners in the assigned territory;
? Generating additional demand through partner events;
? Studying the market for newer trends and reporting the same to the management;
? Monitoring pricing policies;
? Making sure that channel partners sign proper contracts/agreements;
? Managing channel conflicts;
? Training or mentoring trainee channel account managers;
? Fostering relationships between channel partners and sellers.
? Ensure partner satisfaction and maintain

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in related area and 8 to 10 years with more than 5 years in the related industry.
Experience with various HR modules design and functionality is a must.

PREFERRED SKILLS
Demonstrated ability in project and workload management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and written communication skills, including the ability to train others. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
Ability to work with little supervision and be self-motivated.
Experience with MS Office products. Good organization skills. 举报 分享
