职位描述：
Purpose of Job
? Coordination of vehicle emission testing including data quality check.
? Ensure testing quality and efficiency.
? Continuous development of testing process & technologies

Principle Accountabilities
? To analyses test data and ensure the quality of data delivery independently
? Support the team to define and review weekly / monthly / yearly test plans to achieve high efficiency of testing operation with internal & external customers
? Support the team to provide cost-effective proposals for lab upgrade investment programs and cost reduction programs
? Occasional technical presentations to customers to ensure JM’s new technologies are well understood by them
? Tackle significant EHS issues without delay, ensure potential hazards are identified and managed. Emphasize that production never compromises safety and health
? Deliver EHS information to team members and allocate sufficient time and priority to promote and support EHS activities, training and meetings.

Requirements
? Bachelor in vehicle engineering or equivalent education background.
? At least 4 years’ experience in automotive engine and / or chassis testing.
? Familiar with vehicle & emission test equipment.
? Good knowledge of technologies of automotive , gasoline engine, as well as exhaust after-treatment technologies
? Supervision of testing task delivery.
? Plan testing with application & development team.
? Good interpersonal skills.
? Good presentation skill
