职位描述：
1、 负责办公室室内装修所需各类产品的采购，了解工程所需各种材料类型、数量，做好采购计划，后期结合进度实际情况，及时购买工程所需的各种材料，做到及时、适用，合理降低物资积压和采购成本，
2、 负责工程、材料设备供应商入围及招标采购计划、招标文件的编制，公司招采规划、项目招财计划的完成，合同条款编制、合同评审并参与技术标准的编制及合同的签订，采购合同的制定、优化、管控及采购质量的处理与跟踪，付款计划的安排与跟踪；
3、供应商评估管理，供应资源的拓展，负责工程、材料设备类供应商信息收集、考察、评级、资质评估、合同履约评估等，负责组织对合格供方库中的供应商进行评估、认证、管理及考核；
4、市场信息价格调研和信息的建立，熟悉和掌握装修所需材料的市场行情，对土建市场的供应商、施工费用、施工工艺熟悉，执行并完善成本降低及控制方案，择优采购；
5、负责调查、分析和评估目标市场，确定需要和招标采购时机，按照公司规定的采购流程进行采购操作合理统筹、平衡和分析；
6、完成公司安排的相关工作；

岗位要求：
1.办公室室内装修采购3-5年以上经验，有一定的供应商渠道资源
2.35岁以上男女不限
