Summary 概况：
Our vision for this position is to create and develop new product/process applications based on Shiloh technologies including Engineered Welded Blanks, Shiloh Core, stamp light and others. Develop press tooling（ design, techniques, procedures, fixtures and application） to produce high quality parts as cost effectively as possible
本岗位是为了在中国拓展并开发基于SHILOH技术（包括工程焊接板, Shiloh Core, 轻量化冲压和其他）的新产品及应用。管理冲压模具的开发（包括设计，技术，流程，检具等）为集团公司提供高质量和有竞争力的产品服务。

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 基本职责及义务包括（但不限于）如下：
?Present Shiloh technologies to customer engineers at all levels.
?全方面地给客户展现Shiloh技术
?Study customer components/systems and create applications for Shiloh’s technologies using CAD, Hyper Mesh software and other necessary CAD&CAE tools.
?研究客户的组件或系统，并通过使用CAD, Hyper Mesh 以及其他CAD&CAE工具为客户提供Shiloh技术服务。
?Provide program management at the development phase of new projects. Involve Shiloh’s Program Management team once the project has been accepted by the customer.
?在新项目的开发阶段，提供项目管理。一旦客户接受该项目，让SHILOH项目管理团队一同参与到该项目中。
?Reviews product, tooling and equipment design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements and related specifications. Works with corporate sales in quoting new tooling programs for future business.
?检验产品，模具和设备设计，确保其符合工程学原理、公司标准、客户合同要求和相关规格。和公司销售一起为今后可能的新模具业务报价。
?Technical support for other departments and vendors concerning tooling and equipment procurement or modification.
?就模具和设备的采购或变更，为其他部门和供应商提供相关的技术支持，
?Must be willing to travel to customer and vendor locations to evaluate assembly equipment/press tooling.
?必须愿意出差去客户或供应商处，评估生产设备/冲压模具。
?Ability to work overtime
?能适应加班

Requirements：任职要求：

Education and/or Working Experience 教育背景/工作经验
?Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university
?全日制本科毕业
?Six to seven years related experience and/or training
?6~7年相关工作经验和/或接受过相关培训
?Familiar with die designing and the process, knowledge of stamping structure.
?熟悉模具设计和冲压工艺，熟悉冲压模具结构。

Skills and Abilities 技能
?Computer Skills - Ability to use Word, Excel, and Power Point.
?电脑技能- 有能力使用Word, Excel 和PPT
?Ability to visualize read and interpret 3D CAD data.
?能形象化阅读并且解释3D CAD数据的能力
?Ability to read and interpret 2D automotive drawings.
?有能力阅读并且解析2D汽车图纸
?Understanding of CAD and CAE principles.
?能理解CAD和CAE原理
?Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively present information to colleagues, internal and external meetings.

2018年4月，Shiloh Industries在江苏省南通经济技术开发区苏通科技产业园全资设立的亚洲***家工厂——契辂汽车零部件（南通）有限公司正式开业。南通工厂一期占地面积2万平方米，主要以先进的高性能铝合金压铸和等压、差压挤压为生产工艺，产品主要有变速箱零件、机油过滤适配器、汽车阀体、发动机前盖、超越支架和从动支架、新能源电池管理铝件，新能源变速箱等，填补国内生产空白。客户包括通用、宝马、奔驰、戴姆勒、沃尔沃、特斯拉等世界著名高端汽车制造企业。
