根据项目整体分析制定WBS（Work Breakdown Structure），相应的控制时间成本
合理安排开发人员，尽量按照员工擅长技能进行模块分配，降低项目风险
合理分配项目资源，包括协调项目参相关人员的工作协作等，保证项目整体运转顺利
变更控制，项目经理应该按照项目计划，对项目进行掌控，及早发现变更状态，快速采取正确的措施，保证项目能够正确实施
Job Description :
Clarity customer requirements, and then develop a clear project plan, including documentations, division of stuff labor, etc.
Draw up WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) according to the analysis of the overall requirements of the project, and then control the time cost correspondingly
To reduce the project risk, make a reasonable arrangements of developers and make sure everyone plays to their strengths
Allocate resources rationally, including the coordination of project participants and other relevant personnel working, to ensure a smooth operation of the project
Control the project according to the project plan, and make an early detection to change the status quickly
A project manager should realize he himself plays an important role in the project. He should master some corresponding project management skills, such as leadership, communication skill, a good interpersonal skill, management skill of the time risk costs
招聘要求：
有3年以上完整.NET项目软件开发工作经验
掌握.net 框架3.5/4.0及C#语言
熟练使用Visual studio 2008/2010/2012/2013
熟练使用JQuery，ASP.NET MVC4+
掌握微软SQL Server 2008/2012 或其他数据库
了解IOC/Injection，UML知识及相关开发模型
较强的分析能力，沟通能力及自学能力
英文书写及口语优秀者优先
了解Scrum敏捷开发，Typescript，lucene.net者优先
Your Profile:
3+ years of experience with .Net Framework
Familiar with .Net Framework, 3.5/4.0 and C# language
Familiar with Visual Basic .Net 2008 or above
Familiar with JQuery，ASP.NET MVC4
Familiar with MS SQL 2008/2012, or other database
Understand IOC/Injection
Understand UML and relevant develop module
Strong ability of analytics
Great communication skill
Strong ability of self-learning
Good communication skills in both written and spoken will be preferred
Understand Scrum will be preferred，Typescript ，lucene.net will be preferred
