职位描述：
岗位职责1. Implement of company’s regulations and department's decision, obey the leadership arrangements and finish the assignment. Responsible for all organization, scheduling and processing of key technical problems under the jurisdiction.2. Daily inspection to the jurisdiction section for more than half an hour.3. Make timely reporting and handling the sudden accident in the jurisdiction section, write failure analysis report if need.4. Examination and approval spare parts, raw material consumption, inventory levels of the jurisdiction sections, in order to keep maintenance plan smooth and the normal operation of equipment.5. In the premise of stable supply, optimize of the utility system to reach the efficient and economical operation.6. Provide the technical transformation project, plan and budget of jurisdiction sections for approval. Participate in the project acceptance and commissioning until the production operation, and supervise technical data archiving7. Audit and sign the jurisdiction sections attendance8. Review the monthly work summary from the direct subordinates, make monthly report of work summary and plan, submit to the superior before 25th of every month.9. Actively participate in various training, and constantly improve the technology and management level, improve own quality10. Do the economic accounting and cost analysis for dynamic medium, carry out energy saving activities gradually11. Strengthen the consciousness of environmental protection in the daily environmental management work.12. Make regular monthly inspection of environment / risk factors to the jurisdiction sections.13. Supervise and ensure the subordinates’ work must be in accordance with the GMP/ISO9001, ISO50001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 environmental risk, security standard and company’s rules and regulations. Comply with laws and regulations, safety risk prevention, energy saving and emission reduction, continuous improvement.14. Strict control of each procedure in the daily work to strive for excellence constantly, reduce the energy consumption per unit 任职要求： 1、暖通、机械、工程等相关专业，本科以上学历； HVAC, mechanical, engineering and other related professional，Bachelor degree or above.2、医药行业背景，GMP及HSE方面的知识 Pharmaceutical industry background, GMP and HSE knowledge3、英语4级或以上，书写及口语流利CET 4 or above, fluent in written and spoken English4、8年以上暖通工程领域工作经验More than 8 years working experience in HVAC engineering field5、3年以上管理岗位经验More than 3 years management experience6、较强的沟通能力和创新能力Strong communication ability and innovation ability7、团队管理经验，良好的领导能力Team management experience and good leadership8、较强的问题解决能力，和强烈的工作责任心Strong problem solving ability and responsibility9、丰富的设备管理和工程项目经验Rich experience in project engineering and equipment management 举报 分享
