Responsibilities

负责冶金机械设备或浮法玻璃生产线设备的非标设备设计，如加热炉炉底机械、装出钢机械等液压系统和相关设备的设计；

Be responsible for mechanical equipment design of metallurgy and float glass line, such as hydraulic system of the bottom of reheating furnace, charging/discharging machine and related mechanism;

对设计工作中存在的潜在问题，积极总部技术人员及公司内部相关人员进行探讨和交流，并予以及时解决；

Coordinate with Headquarter and internal staff for troubleshooting;

积极消化技术规格书，确保按技术规格书要求进行设计，使设计图纸更完整、准确；

Well-known the requirement of technical specifications and make sure that drawing is completely and correctly;

加强与各项目经理的配合及联系，提出并努力解决设计过程中所遇到的问题；

Propose project manger or Chief engineer to improve the contract implementation;

向项目经理及总工程师提出能改善合同成效的新方案；

Propose project manger or Chief engineer to improve the contract effectiveness;

确定采购要求，编写“请购单”；

Identify purchasing requirement and making “purchasing requisition”;

为公司内部其他部门提供技术支持；

Provide technical support to other departments;

负责对所管项目的设计图纸、资料（包括计算机文件）的整理、过程保管和交资料室归档；

Manage, record and file the drawings, documents and transfer all documents;

Requirements

本科以上学历，液压、机械专业毕业；

Bachelor degree or above in hydraulic or mechanical engineering or related major;

3年以上液压设计经验，有在设计院或工程公司工作并从事冶金设备设计工作经验的优先考虑；

At lease 3 years working experience in hydraulic engineering, metallurgy equipment design experience in engineering company or institute of design is preferred;

具有冶金设备专业知识，具备冶金设备液压系统设计和现场调试能力；

Good knowledge of metallurgical equipment, with design capability of hydraulic system and commissioning capability;

英语四级以上，英文阅读、书写熟练，口语表达能力强；

Good command of English, spoken and written, CET-4;

熟练使用AutoCAD及通用计算机软件，能熟练运用结构分析软件和3D软件进行结构设计；

Good computer skill on AutoCAD and general computer software, proficient in designing with structural analysis and 3D software;

较好的沟通能力,具有团队合作和敬业精神；

Good communication skill, strong responsibility and teamwork spirit.
