职位描述：
KEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Response to OSA spec and requirement from internal/external customer
2.Work closely with design engineers and NPI engineer during product development to provide samples for customers.
3.Define and release product test spec and spec on sub-assemblies and components.
4.Build and update product BOM structure
5.Update the PMP document; Coordinate reliability test
6.Cost reduction activities
7.Working with design engineers to do Engineer improvement works like material and process.
8.Total yield and Product HPU improvement quarter by quarter
9.Create debug tree. Debug MVT failed samples to identify design, assembly or test related issues. Feedback design/assembly/test related issues and resolving with respective teams.
10.Interface with sales and PLM teams to analyze customer technical spec and ensure accurate product customization. Generate customer sample test report.
11.Product trouble shooting online. Have the capability to do FEMA analysis, SPC and Gage R&R.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS (include Education, Skills & Experience): Finisar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
1.At least bachelor degree, over 3 years working experience.
2.Work experience in optical communication, electronic semiconductor, Laser photoelectron or related industry.
3.Good team player and capability of working independently is required.
4.Familiar with one or two data analysis SW, such as minitab or JMP.
5.Familiar with SPC, PFMEA, etc.
6.Good command of English
7.Ability to have good communication skill with internal and external.
8.Outgoing and optimistic
9.Ability to read and interpret complex engineering data sheers and specifications.
10.Ability to do a gap analysis between customer and internal specifications. Ability to analyze the impact of changes to product specifications, whether they are electrical, optical or mechanical.
11.Ability to analyze the yield data and identify root cause of failures, whether they are a result of design, process, materials or test repeatability. Familiarity with optical test methods.
12.Experience in developing and transferring products into high volume manufacturing. 举报 分享
