What will be your role?
You are able to negotiate projects up to 20M with our customers’ management. You get that it’s more than just a machine, it determines their business. You are able to stay close to your customers. You have a whole team to support you. From concept engineers to sales engineers, they will give you technical support throughout the entire sales process. You will have an international playing field where you can grow and de¬velop your accounts, be a strong networker and be a driving force within your team. With creativity, finesse, technical insight and a strong focus on customer in¬timacy you are able to score projects and build long-term business relations.
What do we expect from you?
You have a proven track record Although you are a true people person you understand and enjoy the commercial elements and are not afraid to balance the two. You have a great overview of all elements involved. As a result you are flexible and can react to changing circumstances quickly. You work best under pressure and have excellent communication skills in Chinese and English. You are a strong negotiator and traveling is in your blood. You understand the meaning of customer intimacy. You strive for perfection and excellent quality. Our DNA is in your blood, as you are a smart reliable partner for our customers. You have the ability to manage a team and work together.
