职位描述：
Function & Responsibilities
- Communicate with the distributors, including quotation, ordering, service, payment and delivery arrangement.
- Communicate with end users regarding the service requested or any other problem.
- Communicate with WMHH customer service team regarding pricing, ordering and shipment, payment, quality and any other issues.
- Communicate, Manage and control import agent for logistic, documentation, payment issue.
- Provide a regularly report, including sales report, cash flow report (payment control), delivery report, etc.
- Stock management, including demo device, spare parts, build up a systematic work flow, from receiving, storing, categorizing and delivery.
- Monitor and control the stock level for the spare parts and build up the defective analysis report monthly.
- Control and manage the agreement with the distributors.
- Support technical service, and manage the workflow from complain until the problem resolved, including the defective device delivery.
- Tender documentation support and other documentation support.

Qualifications

Education
- Bachelor degree
- Major in logistics management, foreign trade, business management and related majors.

Experience
- Minimum 2 years working experiences in same function; Experience in medical device business is a plus.
- Ability to work successfully under pressure and in a time constrained environment.
