ABOUT THE JOB
To drive the implementation of the Data Privacy and Information Security strategy in your organization.
To drive compliance to relevant internal steering documents and regulatory requirements on Data Privacy in your organization in order to protect the brand.
To support the Information and Business Process owners to implement the necessary Data Privacy and Information Security requirements into their process or solution.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT
?Develop a broad and proactive risk control for SSC SHA, which is well accepted and understood by the business stakeholders, ensuring the Risk Management Process is followed with risks being identified, assessed and key risks are treated at an early stage;
?Build up and develop the compliance framework for SSC SHA in line with Global & Country standards; Develop and drive annual compliance plan based on Global and local priorities;
?Support compliance monitoring activates in the SSC SHA in line with GSS risk & compliance working routine; Secure and ensure that the business runs in a compliant way, according to IKEA Group Policies, Standards and Rules on Data Privacy and Information Security but also in alignment with applicable regulatory requirements;
?Support and enhance the internal control of SSC SH; Conduct simple internal review procedures to find and report deviation not only risk perspective but also process perspective
?Build and support a cross-functional network of business stakeholders that have responsibility for compliance (related) activities
?Support local regulatory requirements are anchored in steering documents and communicated to the relevant business stakeholder;
?Support and co-ordinate continuous internal and external risk & compliance measurements (Information Security Self Assessments, Penetration testing of local solutions, etc.)
?Be Information Security Specialist of SSC SH; Secure awareness and education for all co-workers in Data Privacy and Information Security; Support SSC SHA in the Group Information Security implementation plan
?Coordinate and improve Business Continuity plan within SSC SHA
YOUR PROFILE

JOB-SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
?Intermediate understanding of IKEA business and IKEA culture, role of SSC and the governance structure
?Good understanding of risk management and compliance framework
?Good understanding of information security regulations and data privacy standards and laws for countries which SSC SH provide services
?Basic overview about IKEA internal IT solutions and working routines
?Extensive knowledge in the information risk management process, ability to perform risk assessments and to advise and support mitigating actions
