职位描述：
Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position 
1. Ensures appropriate use of Ford Motor Company IT project management tools, processes, and Methodologies are used by the team members responsible for the delivery of day to day activities.
2. Actively participates in the Global PMO team leveraging ITO global resources to successfully deliver customer solutions.
3. Ensures effective integration management throughout the life cycle of the projects in the region.
4. Deliver projects in AP. Develops and maintains detailed project plans for all IT Infrastructure projects in AP. Ensures consistent global project management methodologies applied to APA customers. Ensures project deliverables meet stated expectations for scope, quality, cost, timing, and business objectives.
5. Leads the development of periodic reports on a variety of subjects including status, risks and mitigation plans, issues, resolution, and change requests.
6. Provide timely communications that maybe required on upcoming events associated with major infrastructure related events. 
7. Interfaces primarily with first and second level management, business customers, and the project teams to obtain feedback on strategic initiatives in the region that may require ITO support.
8. Interfaces primarily with first and second level management, business customers for ITO services escalation.
 
Education Qualification           
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
 
Years of Experience      
Five/Six years of progressive responsibilities in IT and at least two/three year in project management preferred.
 
Professional Exposure (Technical Skills)
?  Familiarity with IT systems and methodologies.
?  2+ years' hands-on Infrastructure project management experience with cross-functional teams. New model program experience is PLUS.
?  2+ years' hands-on JV interface project management experience.
?  2+ years' hands-on IT operation support experience.
?  1+ years' hands-on China vendor project management experience.
?  Creative in quickly developing approaches to problems and recommending actions to management.
?  Ability to communicate effectively to IT and non-IT functions: manufacturing, construction, facilities, finance, purchasing etc.
?  Good understanding of IT infrastructure in distributed environment: data centers, networking, servers, telecommunications, client technology, etc.
?  Drive results with least supervision by providing direction to teams in ambiguous situations.
?  IT infrastructure Support in manufacturing environment. Should have exposure in Network operations, Telecom infrastructure and Applications infrastructure in a complex manufacturing.
 
Preferred previous experiences
?  Knowledge of ITIL.
?  PMP – PMI.
?  Ability to communicate with global Ford teams. Previous experience of working with global teams.
?  Previous working experience with non-IT functions: manufacturing, Ford land, HR, facilities, finance, purchasing etc.
?  Environment, preferably in Auto industry. Must have interacted with internal customers at various levels.
?  Have an attitude to work under pressure with timelines
 
Functional Skills
?  Exposure to IT Infrastructure, process and project management.
?  Demonstrated ability to deliver on project commitments through leadership, teamwork, problem analysis/resolution and productivity improvements.
 
Behavioral Skills
?  Ability to lead effectively cross-functional global ITO teams by keeping enterprise view and without positional authority.
?  Ability to lead effectively cross-functional local Chinese teams by understanding JV culture, priority and process difference.
?  Ability to lead effectively local vendor teams.
?          Good communication skill both verbal and written. English communication is also required.

?  Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.
?  Maturity in dealing with all levels of business and IT management including directors and senior management.
?  Good analytical mind, problem solving abilities and hard working.
?  Documentation skills to maintain the book of knowledge.

?  Uses sound business judgment.
?  Cultural awareness.
