职位描述：
Main responsibilities / description
- Download schedule daily from SAP and distribute task to separated line
- Focus on tracking the production schedule to ensure all WO can be completed on schedule and all WO are confirmed in SAP
- Keep eyes on capacity balance all the time,and prepare manpower request report for Manager
- Prepare weekly and monthly report of WO closing ratio.
- Update RM request information in Routing as soon as receiving ECO or substitute application
- Adjust fine planning schedule to fulfill urgent orders without any other delay. Confirming with master planning immediately if some WO would be delayed
- Inform master planning immediately when RM shortage occurs. Arrange RM replenishment and mass production after RM arrive
- Inform PE to solve trouble right after their happens. If the obstruction can not be eliminated in short time, report the situation to Manager for final decision making—retry solution or delay (inform master planning immediately)
- Try to arrange all lines have the opportunity to produce different types of product to train the operators/line to be multi-skill operators/flexible production.
      
Competences / Responsibilities
-     Colleague or above with engineering background
-     Basic English knowledge
-     Familiar with fine planning and scheduling tools
-     3 year’s work experience better in transformer or reactor industry.
