职位描述：
Seeking an energetic and seasoned Embedded Software Development Engineer with expertise in Voice and SIP technologies for our VOIP products.
This position is specifically focused on product development for enterprise VOIP which would have integrated wireless, routing, voice, SIP technologies. Our development model combines both ODM in APAC and internal development.
Responsibilities:
Design/implement/test software in an embedded software environment
Diagnostic tests or firmware development and bugs fix on products
Requirements:
Must have skill/experiences
1+ year Experience on embedded products SW development
Very Strong C/C++/Java programming experience and debugging skills (GDB)
Very good operation system knowledge, such as Linux
Good understanding of network protocol knowledge, such as TCP/IP
Good English speaking and writing, excellent communication skills
Extremely motivated to meet deadlines and to exceed expectation
Good to have skill/experiences
        Have experience with VoIP Protocols (SIP)
Dsp and audio/video process knowledge
Working knowledge of version control system, at least Git
Device driver programming
Experience in signal processing (in particular acoustic processing)
Experience with large-scale team-based software development, agile(scrum) software process
Router/switch background (L2, L3) desired.
