Job Description:

- To deliver elements of Cost & Commercial assignments under the supervision of more senior members of staff

在资深团队成员管理下完成成本造价方面的工作任务

- To provide support in the delivery of projects and professional assignments.

为项目管理和其他委派的任务提供专业方面的支持

- To be able to take a simple brief from a more senior member of staff and act upon it.

- To gain knowledge and experience in Cost services across a broad spectrum of the Cost & Commercial product range.

- To provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner.

Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)

- Recognized Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related disciplines

有机械、电气、土木、工料测量或其他相关学历

- Ideally a recognised degree which is eligible for RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent

拥有皇家特许测量师学会资格者优先

- Good communication, inter-personal and analytical skills

优秀的沟通能力、人际交往能力和管理技能

- Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written

流利的中英文说、写能力

- Proficient in PC application
