Job Responsibilities – The primary function of this Business Sales/Development Manager is to identify prospective customers which are well suited to the EMS Clad Metal offering and value proposition. This individual will drive as well as support all technical and sales activities from prospecting to sale. Technical support includes: sales calls & presentations, product recommendations , Identify opportunity in the EV market segment, creating presentations and training materials. Sales support includes promotion of EMS Clad and its products and services, as well as development and reporting, internally, of market share and value potential. The Business Sales/Development Manager is responsible for identifying and obtaining product and process approvals as an enabler to grow the targeted business. He/She also assists in the launch and promotion of new technologies and product approvals/specifications in addition to coordinating activities for global accounts working closely with his/her EMS counterparts located golbally. The Business Development Manager should have a firm understanding of the General EV Industry in China [ Automotive/Industrial] market and industry trends. He/She also need to write weekly/bi-weekly market/customer visits reports and communicate freely with EMS US operations. Qualifications ?B.S. Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business and/or Marketing, technical degree preferred. ?Industrial, technical and Sales/ Marketing experience, including a minimum of 5-7 years experience in Manufacturing Industries such as Automotive Components, Metal Fabricators and Finishers with strong surface treatment, and finishing operations experience. PPAP and other approval requirement experience is also desired. ?Expert metal finishing and fabrication – Clad/Bimetal Industry ?Excellent communication (verbal/written) and analytical skills. ?Strong business and management skills; results-oriented, self-motivated and well-organized ?Strong computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint and SAP database. ?6 Sigma training desirable

2018年10月,我司在上海成立分公司,销售集团旗下各公司产品,缩短交货周期,整合集团资源,为客户提供更优质的服务。
