JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for governance of CBS (Common Business Systems) Global Template in SAP MM/SD (Materials Management/Sales and Distribution) functional module and support/manage change request from Production Support and Project Team in this area.
Responsiblities
Provide governance to CBS Global Template (GT) that include setting direction, review propose solution, analyzing issue, resolve issue/conflict and all other responsibilities related to the template.
Responsible for SME (Subject Matter Expert), KBU (Key Business Users) and even BPO (Business Process Owners) engagement
Understand CAT corporate processes, policy and apply in day-to-day work.
Support project and related work initiated by Production Support team, Deployment Project and including internally initiated project (e.g. 6-Sigma).
Responsible for update of the CBS Global Template documentations in the area of responsibilities.
Ensure deliverables are of quality, adhering to CBS standards, on time and meet stakeholders’ expectations
Qualifications
University degree or equivalent (Preferably Computer Science or IT degree).
Min. 3 years hands-on experience in SAP MM and SD module and preferably with good hands-on experience (SAP certified).
Experience in both production support and project execution in the SAP End-User or Consulting environment
Excellent communications in English and preferably with good communication in Chinese.
Customer focus, pro-active, independent, adaptable to changing demands and able to work with minimal supervision.
Candidates with exposure to EDI interfaces and other logistics modules viz. PP and WM would be proffered.
Occasional travel is required.
