职位描述：
Staff FAE (Mobile Sensing)
Location: Shenzhen (preferred), Beijing
Job description / tasks and responsibilities:
-Focus on demand creation of company mobile sensor products (pressure, optical, thermopile, gas) including field technical support, target applications are mobile, wearable device, smart home or others
-To co-ordinate on-site support request and do system/hardware validation in the application.
-Provide technical support and training to company distribution partners through joint customer activity and regular off-site training seminars. Coverage will be China region, focus on the Tier-1, strategic and distributor customers.
-Work closely with the product line and internal Sale to develop business opportunities at major OEM & key distribution customers. Drive design opportunities to closure in accordance with design in/win targets.
-Work closely with R&D group, feedback market trends and customer requirements. Maintain understanding of industry trends and standards. Cooperate with R&D to define new product concepts & solutions.
-Report to FAE Country Manager and work closely with local Sales to document, manage and track design opportunities.
Knowledge
-Strong knowledge of sensor calibration theory including analog/digital conversion operation, resistive/capacitive MEMS characteristics, module package characteristic, and usage of calibration test equipment.
-Familiar with embedded MCU design (schematic, layout, bring up and debug), understand micro controller based SOC design, I2C/SPI interface and firmware development experience.
-Familiar with C or assembly language programming in MCU, embedded Linux and Android OS environment and MCU programming/debugging tools for smartphone and portable products.
-BSEE/BSCE is required (advanced degree preferred). Prior knowledge of in sensor technical selling, sensor module design and/or manufacturing process is desirable.

-Fluent Speaking/Listening English skill, and good read/write in English
-Excellent presentation and communication (verbal & written) skills
-High initiative, self-motivation and ability to organize & prioritize work
-Team player, able to work in a cross-functional-team, multi-national environment
Profile
-7+ years work experience, with at least 3 years hands-on in hardware and/or system design; Need to have strong sensor related background;
