DEPARTMENT: Operation, China REPORTS TO: CN Plant Director
                                                                                                                      
POSITION SUMMARY:
Implement and lead the Lean Six Sigma projects for China team and align the goals with Headquarters. Provide expertise in quality systems including metrology, data collection, reporting and customer support. Assist China Team to manage the quality programs to provide problem solving skill and consistency across the team and improving overall customer satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
？ To identify business related projects/opportunities and solve them to stakeholder satisfaction.
？ Proactively drives change and process improvements across all functional areas that positively impact customer satisfaction and business profitability.
？ Identify, lead and complete high impact and complex continuous improvement projects in a timely and efficient manner within established cost objectives.
？ Works with the China Management Team in the identification of potential improvement projects (i.e. VSM, quality or delivery improvement, waste or cost reduction, etc.) that can be assigned to a project team.
？ Participates in the analysis of opportunities and development of solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect operations.
？ Provides assistance and acts as resource person to functional departments for problem solving and data analysis.
？ Implement systematic data collection in Production and deploy “statistical analysis” tools and methods.
？ Provide the methodologies and framework to manufacturing teams across the company for effective process control (Control plan, OCAP, Control chart/SPC, FMEA.
？ Solution design with a focus on elimination of redundant work, automation, standardization and best practices definition.
？ Documenting key achievements, problem solving and performance maximizing approaches.
？ Spearhead Lean Six Sigma reviews with China management team to report progress and new opportunities identified.
？ Conducts Lean Six Sigma training (Awareness Training, YB Training, GB Training).
？ Mentors Green Belt and Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma project teams towards successful completion.
？ Reports to the Plant director and is responsible in developing, establishing, deploying and sustaining the Continuous Improvement programs. Understands plant priorities and focus improvement efforts in areas to impact overall objectives.
？ Perform all other safety duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
？ Bachelor’s Degree in Science /Engineering, or in Statistics.
？ Three (3) years of professional experience with respect to continuous improvement or project management.
？ Must have in-depth Lean Six Sigma knowledge or experience applying the Lean Six Sigma concepts and principles across an entire value stream.
？ Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills and proficient in various statistical analyses and other quality tools.
？ Must be a team player and work effectively cross-departmentally.
？ Prefer training and/or certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
？ Lean Six Sigma Black belt Certificated, preferred.
？ Prior people management experience, preferred.
？ Strong statistical analysis skills and strategic planning experience.
？ Familiar with Process control and quality tools: MRB, FMEA, 8D, SPC, control plan.
？ Must possess strong collaborative and interpersonal skills to effectively integrate the team and communicate globally across the company.
？ Experience with ISO 9001 certification process, preferred.
？ Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
？ Demonstrated history of increasing responsibility in quality assurance or project management.
？ Extensive knowledge in teaching and implementing Knowledge of 6-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, TQM and other quality programs.
？ Excellent English and Mandarin verbal and written communication skills are required.
？ Strongly developed English written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
？ Certificate of CQT, CQE, CRE and Lead Assess Auditor will be a plus. 举报 分享
