职位描述：
Key accountabilities:
1． To build the human resources management information system, and provide stable and efficient system support for the operation of human resources
2． Be responsible for HRIS system architecture design, system selection & integration, implementation. And analyze the cost, make the budget plan, budget control and project management.
3． Leverage HRIT/IS system to drive HR policy and SOP implementation and institutionalization.
4． To build the HR database and manage multiple HR related online systems (Data core, HCM e-HR flow, etc.)
5． Supervise HRIS system daily maintenance and management policies and procedures, provide technical support and daily operation support for HRIS system.
6． Participate in HR related business analysis, process optimize and summarize the requirements of HR business for IT information system.
7． Coordinate and manage HRIS related suppliers and other external resources

Requirements:
1． More than 10 years working experience in HRIS system construction and maintenance, with the implementation of HRIS project experience.
2． Computer, information technology or HR related professional, as the third party consultant and at the same time with Workday/SAP/Oracle/SuccessFactor/PeopleSoft /SaaS in-house implement experience is preferred
3． Strong planning, communication, project management and organizational skills.
4． Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced and pressurized environment. Rigorous style and a real sense of total commitment and honor to the job.
5． High energy level, good customer service awareness and attitude
