职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Follow up clients’ courses, providing study advice, helping clients reach their study goal.
2. Observe and evaluate clients’ performance and development.
3. Promote team work and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments.
4. Follow-up on client’s satisfaction and service issues.
5. Drive client retention and contribute to referrals or renewals.
6. Support various clients’ activities or events.
7. Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
8. Regular report and attend the department meeting, training, etc.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or Above.
2. Possess a positive mindset and passion to deliver quality service.
3. Good communication skills and strong responsibility.
4. Resourceful, proactive, attentive to details and a good team player.
5. Excellent command of Mandarin, spoken and written as well as a working level of English (spoken and written).
6. Previous experience in a similar role will be a plus.
7. Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 举报 分享
