职位描述：
Responsibility
1. Responsible for daily operation interms of inside sales work.
2. MRP system operation and other documentary work for daily business operation.
3. To manage the input and maintenance of stock demand data in MRP system.
4. Maintain customer’s information and delivery instruction to ensure OTD target.
5. Interact and coordinate with relative teams for maximum benefits and new business success.
6. To contribute on customer maintainance and business growth by internal process in general, include RFQ, sample, complaint, delivery and payment, etc.
7. Regular communication with customer to achieve customer satisfication.
8. Lead sales assistant team with proper instruction and support.
9. Responsible for the performance review and work efficiency of sales assistant team.
10. If required, actively participate in Company’s continuous improvement projects.

Education & Qualifications
1. Diploma degree or similar, major in business or administration preferred.
2. Minum 4 years work experience with industrial background, multination company is preferred.
3. Must have experience of sales support and customer service. Good presentation and communication towards customers.
4. Knowledgable of the hardware products and standards (ISO, DIN, GB…) is an advantage.
5. Good command of English in both writing and reading. Must be able to read and understand instructions in English.
6. Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) in English office environment. Knowledge of an ERP/SAP system is fundamental.
