职位描述:
? Coordinate and monthly report the Supplier Development activities
o Propose potential Suppliers (In coordination with Purchasing and MD)
o Audit, Evaluation and Final recommendation of the potential suppliers
o Maintain the approved Supplier Matrix updated
o Continuous Development of global suppliers
? Support the Branches by:
o Selection of the Quality and Engineering team
o Training the Quality and Engineering team in all FMS processes, for example:
? Incoming Inspection and IP definition
? IER System and 8D Preparation
? CI-RE Change Management (PPAP reviews)
? Product Audits to suppliers (Point One)
? Traceability Audits
? Monthly Reporting (Quality Performance, SAT, etc)
? etc.
o Definition, acquisition and implementation of the required Infrastructure for Quality and Engineering according to their needs.
? Measurement Equipment (Gages, Micrometers, calipers, etc)
? Testing facilities (Inc. testing Lab, SST, Hardness, Friction, etc)
? All additional needed Hardware/Software, like racks, tables, trolleys, etc
? Calibration and Special testing Lab Partners
? External services for Repair and Sorting
? Quality and/or Application support at our global customers and suppliers
? Implement and maintain 5S
? Define, implement and realize the operational plan and measure and report the status
? Apply and safeguard the Facil values and management principles in daily operations
? Apply and safeguard the internal communication and corporate identity guidelines
? Translate processes/ procedures to local market requirements and cultural specificities
? Escalate market and organizational needs and opportunities to corporate level and work on continuous improvement projects to adapt to the changing and challenging environment
? Train, coach and manage the local Facil team members within the own functional domain
? Decide and act: make it happen
? Perform other job related duties assigned by your manager
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education Technical master degree or equal by experience
Professional experience At least 5 years of experience in a Total Quality environment preferably in the automotive sector
Product knowledge Good knowledge of the Fastener production processes (metal – plastics – coating)
Process knowledge Knowledge of relevant quality standards. Act according to the relevant quality standards and the company management system (ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001 and others where applicable)
Good knowledge of customer specific requirements
Excellent knowledge of the Facil processes (operational processes and systems) and organization
Design FMEA methodology (risks of designing)
Experience with performing and reporting of supplier audits
Language skills Company language is English
Knowledge of other languages is a plus
Computer skills Good knowledge of Microsoft office package
Analytical skills Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to make correct evaluations of problem-situations and ability to take rapid reactions
Other skills Ability to inspire, coach and develop people
Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment
