职位描述：

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 (include EHSS responsibilities)

- File documentation, compile index, labels and scan hardcopy into softcopy

- Upload softcopy of documentation into SAP system

- Keep record of supplier management form and Frame Agreement

- Help to track the purchase requisitions from other departments

- Other work under instruction



REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

Education

- Above Bachelor Degree, Engineering or Business major is preferred.

- A good command of both spoken and written English



Experience/Skill Requirements

- Good Communication and coordination skills

- Be capable of using MS office including WORD, EXCEL and PPT

- Be willing to work under the pressure
