工作职责 Job Responsibility
1.To deliver the brand promise and provide friendly, courteous and professional customer service at all times.
为客人提供品牌承诺,在任何时间都能提供友好的,礼貌的及专业的服务。
2. To describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to customers by offering interesting, and vivid description of the each item’ s origin, taste, and preparation methods.
为客人描述食品和酒水单上的项目,同时生动描述每个葡萄酒等酒水的原产地,味道及与菜肴地搭配。
3. To take dishes and beverage orders for customers, up-selling wherever possible
为客人点单和酒水饮料,尽可能地推销
4. To communicate customers’ orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the order system and constantly update any changes
如果有客人有任何特殊需要和请求,用点单系统和厨房沟通,并持续不断地更新客人的任何需求变化
5. To transport items to the customers tables in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality
及时地为客人上菜,确保食物质量
6. To anticipate customers’ needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, respond urgently and appropriately to customer concerns and request
预知客人需求,确认满意度,提供意见,关注客人,满足客人的需求
7. To complete assigned opening side work for operation, including mis en place, setting and resetting tables, changing candles.
在营业前需要完成:准备工作,设台和翻台,换蜡烛,清洁工作。
8. To participate in all required meetings or training course
参加一切所需的会议和培训课程
9. To assist in seating customers and present menus
为入座的客人提供菜单
10. To ensure that all sales are properly recorded, following procedures for ordering, voiding or correcting items.
确保所有销售都被记录,根据点单程序,避免漏单,错单,正确的记录。
11. To maintain the assigned station in a clean and orderly manner at all times.
任何时候都要保持指定区域额清洁,而且要有秩序。
12. To complete assigned closing side work

The Hog’s Story
Hog’s Breath Café is a famous steakhouse brand from Australia. Our founding father and original Boss Hog, Don Algie, was sailing along the Queensland Coast and settled into the idyllic surrounds of the Whitsunday Islands. Soon after, he opened the doors of the first Hog’s Breath Restaurant right there in Airlie Beach. In the following years, additional stores were opened in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Cairns, Darwin and all around Australia. There are now over 80 locations currently around Australia and New Zealand, and over 100 stores all over the world including Singapore, Vietnam, New Guinea, Philippines, Indonesia and other cities.
In 2014, Hog’s was launched in SOHO Fuxing Plaza in Shanghai XinTianDi. “WE DO GREAT STEAK” is the basic Hog’s Breath philosophy. We are dedicated to provide good quality, safe and delicious steak to customers. Our superior beef is sourced locally from Aussie growers and producers, it is selected especially for Hog’s Breath Cafe from cattle raised on fertile, open pastures. We strictly control all the purchasing steps including slaughtering, packaging, inspection, transportation. We guarantee that our beef is fresh produced and delivered to store directly from Australia. Our Prime Rib is then graded to our exacting standard to ensure our customers’ quality expectations are met every time.
