职位描述：
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Contacting with shipper for readiness of documents and shipment data ;
2. Monitoring the cargo is moved within commitment ;
3. Verify the correctness of document provided by shipper ;
4. Preparing and send working instruction to sub-contracted service provider , keep updating overseas timely ;
5. Following up the instructions of routing orders from overseas offices/agent and updating timely
6. System data compliance;
7. Solving operational problem and propose operation guideline;
8. Preparing for necessary statistics report
主要工作职责：
联系发货人，核对询问货物进仓信息，货物情况，单证数据准确无误,安排发货进仓，跟踪报告，给国外发预报，回复国外问询，并及时更新货物情况等事宜；

Requisite Education/Experience:
1. University degree holder, preferably in business or logistics operations.
2. Over 1 year experience in air freighter or sea freighter logistics operations preferably;
3. Excellent knowledge of export documentation and procedures.
4. Experience with an international company is preferable.
5. Effective communication, problem-solving skills.
6. Initiative, accountability, independent, proactive, and self driven.
7. Strong analytical and computer skills in MS office applications.
8. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential.

岗位以及学历要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，物流、国际贸易或相关专业；
2. 熟悉货代公司操作流程，工作认真，有责任心，独立协调沟通能力强;
3. 英文书写沟通能力强，能满足日常和国外客户邮件及电话交流；
4. 细心、耐心、有责任心，有团队合作精神；
5. 熟练的电脑技能，熟悉office办公软件和outlook；
