Job Duties:
- To deliver excellent level of customer services at the counter line through efficient operational support
- To control the branch operations and cash position
- To build up efficient operation with high-service standards and well-trained staff
- To ensure and promote high customer service standards within the responsible functions
- To safeguard the bank from potential losses due to non-compliance with local regulations/procedures

Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above (recognized by the state)
- About eight years’ relevant working experience in banking, with three years at managerial level
- In-depth understanding of counter operations and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
